- Built-up Area: Spanning a massive 67,367m², our factory is designed to optimize production efficiency and employee well-being.
- Office Area: With 7,371㎡ of modern office space, we’ve created an environment that fosters creativity and collaboration.
Sustainability at Its Core:
Green Building Certification: Our building has been awarded the Two Star Green Building rating, reflecting our dedication to environmental stewardship.
Energy-Saving Materials: We’ve utilized a variety of green materials, including sandwich boards, extruded polystyrene boards, multilayer glass, and perforated sunshade boards, to minimize our energy footprint.
Innovative Heating and Cooling:
Geothermal Heating System: Our plant features 821 vertical pipe wells, each 120 meters deep, harnessing the earth’s stable temperature to significantly reduce our reliance on traditional heating methods.
Heat Exchangers: In collaboration with Tongji University, we’ve implemented heat exchangers to reclaim energy from process water, further cutting down our energy usage.
Harnessing Solar Power:
Installed Area: Our solar panels cover 29,000m².
Installed Capacity: With a capacity of 5MWp, we’re able to generate approximately 5GWh annually.
Carbon Emission Reduction: This initiative is projected to reduce carbon emissions by 620 tons annually.
