Customer service technician - tufting

Your role:

• Dive into a hands-on training program to master our tufting machines.
• Travel internationally to install and maintain machines at customer locations.
• Act as a trusted technical expert and brand ambassador on-site.
• Collaborate with our internal service team for support, updates, and feedback.
• Share insights and suggestions to improve our products and customer experience.

Your profile:

• Experienced in starting up and modifying tufting machines.
• Technically curious, with interest in mechanics, electronics,
• Calm under pressure and skilled at setting priorities.
• Flexible and eager to travel up to 70% of your time.
• Adaptable to new environments and able to work independently.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills in English (French and German are a plus).
