30 years experience in Electronics and complete systems design and production (including sensor, actuator, motor, HMI and mechanics) in the textile field are the background of ROJ’s R&D.

In latest years our interest and action moved to various industrial and professional consumer applications further extending our technical competences.

A team of 38 engineers, of which 20 graduated in mechanics, electronics and informatics, can face different design needs, thanks to continuous up-date and cooperation with other R&D of Vandewiele group, design partnership, research center and University.

Well secured design processes can complain with safe requirements, harsh environment, robustness and long term reliability and other critical specifications.

An high integration with other company processes (engineering, logistic, production) can assure low time to market, competitive cost and high quality according to Lean principles.
